Truly Mobile ("we", "our", or "us") operates the MyNext One mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

- Account Information: Phone number provided during registration.
- Location Data: GPS location while the App is in use, to enable route navigation, geofencing for stop arrival detection, and real-time tracking.
- Camera: Photos captured for delivery proof (e.g., proof of delivery photos, package condition photos). Photos are only taken when you explicitly use the camera feature.
- Signatures: Electronic signatures collected as proof of delivery or pickup.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens for receiving route updates.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our delivery management service
- To enable route optimization and navigation
- To capture and store delivery/pickup proof (photos, signatures)
- To send push notifications about route updates and assignments
- To detect stop arrivals via geofencing
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Microsoft Azure servers located in West Europe. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Photos and signatures are stored in Azure Blob Storage with restricted access.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Your information may be shared with:
- Your employer or the company that manages your delivery routes (your tenant organization)
- Service providers necessary for App functionality (e.g., Google Maps for navigation, Firebase for push notifications)
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Delivery proof data (photos, signatures) is retained according to your organization's policies.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for data processing
Permissions
- Camera: Used to capture proof-of-delivery and proof-of-pickup photos. Only activated when you tap the camera button.
- Location: Used for route navigation, automatic stop arrival detection, and sharing your position with dispatchers.
- Notifications: Used to receive route assignments, updates, and sync commands.
